Swimming is considered the ideal form of exercise - it activates and relaxes at the same time. It's a good idea to start your day with a swim in the pool - stimulating your body in water at the perfect temperature. In the evening, after a busy day, you can take advantage of the whirlpools, jacuzzi and water jets. At the pool, we also run swimming lessons for children
