Value voucher for services at Król Plaza Spa&Wellness Resort

The voucher can be used for any hotel services at Resort Król Plaza Spa & Wellness, including:

• accommodation
• gastronomy
• recreation

Accommodation additionally includes:

• unlimited access to the Wellness area (pool, saunas, jacuzzi, relaxation zone) in both facilities
• free access to the gym at Król Plaza Spa & Wellness
• wireless Internet
• children’s clubs at Resort Król Plaza Spa & Wellness
• large outdoor playground

1. The voucher is issued to a named person or to the bearer after payment.
2. The voucher remains valid for 12 months from the date of purchase or within the period specified on the voucher. In case of cancellation during the voucher's validity period or after the expiration of the voucher, the funds paid are non-refundable and the voucher loses its validity.
3. The voucher can only be redeemed at the Król Plaza Spa & Wellness Resort, after prior reservation and email confirmation by the reservations department. The reservation is subject to availability and verification of the unique voucher number.
4. The voucher must be used in one single transaction, redemption is made by presenting the voucher at the reception or by making a reservation on the hotel's website.
5. Voucher redemption is carried out under the terms applicable to the sale of the specific type of service, according to prices and rules in force at the time of purchase.
6. The voucher may be redeemed at the Król Plaza Spa & Wellness Resort according to the scope specified in the voucher content or up to the amount stated on the voucher for utilization.
7. The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. If the value of the service is lower than the voucher's value, the guest is not entitled to receive the remaining unused amount.
9. The voucher guest is obliged to pay the price difference on site at the hotel, either in cash or by card, if the value of the provided service exceeds the presented voucher value or the voucher's scope does not cover it.
10. The hotel is not responsible for vouchers that have been lost or damaged after they have been handed over to the purchaser.
11. The hotel only accepts vouchers for redemption that are undamaged, have a validity date, a hologram, and the issuer's signature. Exceptions are vouchers purchased electronically and sent by the issuer to the recipient’s email. The guest is required, on the day of arrival at the hotel, to present the original voucher (in the form of a printed original, a printed online/pdf voucher, or a printout from the website, according to the applicable template). Samples of all currently valid vouchers are available in the administration office and have been provided to the reception.
12. The hotel has the right to refuse voucher redemption when: a) the voucher expiration date has passed, b) damage to the voucher prevents reading the data recorded on it and the voucher is not listed in the voucher sales register maintained by the company.
13. The purchaser or bearer of the voucher has no claims against the hotel due to loss (including theft) or destruction of the voucher. Simultaneously, in case of loss or theft of the voucher, the purchaser is obliged to report this fact without delay to the voucher issuer by email at: rezerwacja@krolplazaspa.pl to prevent unauthorized use of the voucher.
14. The hotel reserves the right to refuse reservations on special dates specified in the voucher offer.
15. The purchaser declares that they have read the contents of these Terms and Conditions, accept them in full, and undertake to comply with its provisions.
