The King Plaza Brewery is located in the heart of our Resort. It is impossible not to notice it. The beautiful copper brewing vats undoubtedly provide an original decoration and complement the space atmospherically. Visit the bar overlooking the sea to sample our craft beers. Top quality

We create our beers using the brewing facilities and long-standing tradition of John Albreht. The strengths of our beers are the natural, high quality and carefully selected components such as malts, hops and yeast.

Unfiltered, unpasteurised

Another distinguishing feature of our beers is that they are unfined and unpasteurised. All our beers are brewed using the traditional method with barley malts, water and yeast.

Despite the fact that the Król Plaza Brewery is a relatively young brewery, we have already managed to take part in the prestigious Chmielaki Krasnostawskie competition and placed first and third there respectively. In addition to the Gold Medal-winning Pils Beer and the Bronze Medal-winning March Beer, which are both classic beers, we also have occasional beers such as, Koźlak Mayowy and Porter, Wheat Beer and Wheat & Spelt Beer.

Classic beers

Pils (12.5 % Ext., 5.6 alk. vol.) light lager, sunny colour, pleasant barley malt base, double hopped, characterised by a pronounced bitterness and a noticeable herbal note. Marcowe (13.8 % Ext., 6.2 % alc. abv.) amber-coloured lager, rich barley malt base, quadruple hopped, albeit with delicate bitterness, distinctive tropical fruit and floral notes. Wheat beer (12.5 % Ext., 5.4 % alc.) top-fermented, straw-coloured, wheat and barley malts, hopped naturally cloudy with pleasant acidity and notes of banana, clove and herbs.

Occasional beers

Dunkel (12.5 % extract, 5.4 % alk.) dark lager, aromatised and roasted barley malts, with a coffee and chocolate flavour, triple hopped with perceptible citrus and herbal notes. Koźlak Świąteczny (16.5 % extract, 7.2 % alk.) dark beer, opaque, triple hopped with 16.5 % extract. Decisive notes of roasted barley, chocolate-covered plum, gingerbread, bread crust and coffee.... Porter (18% Ext., 8% abv.) dark beer, strong, full-bodied, various barley malts, intense coffee, chocolate and caramel flavours, hopped three times.
